The Talon Scope Mount for AUG M1 allows for mounting of a 30mm scope (or one inch scope with rings spacers, not included) on the AUG M1 and captures the look of the original AUG A1 with integral scope, but with more modern optics. The mount includes the mount base, two ring tops, mounting hardware, and instruction sheet.

If you love the AUG aesthetics–and let’s be honest, that’s why you bought an AUG, right?–then you definitely need this. You get the “AUG look” plus the ability to bring your own scope to the party. I put a 1-6×24 on mine and it beats the pants off the Steyr factory optic. Downside it’s a bit heavier, mostly because of the scope I chose. Mounting is a piece of cake, it’s just three screws between the receiver and the mount. They’re easy with a T-handle nut driver; there’s thread locker on the screws but it’s not necessary to use any heat.

Excellent fit and finish on the mount. Definitely worth the price if you want to use a LPVO.
