Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Method

All products are shipped USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. We have found this is the quickest and most effective way to get our product to our customers. Products are typically shipped Flat Rate Priority. At this time Manticore Arms only ships products to the United States. Products are typically shipped within 48 business hours of orders being placed.

Foregin Sales

Due to ITAR restrictions and regulations, Manticore Arms is unable to ship product internationally to private individuals.   This includes shipments to a U.S. address for an individual known to be living outside the U.S.   Any attempt to place an order to bypass these restrictions and regulations will be cancelled, and if necessary the proper authorities will be alerted.  Sorry, we agree this sucks, and we didn’t write the laws, but we are required to follow them.

Return Policy

Manticore Arms, Inc. has an unconditional 30 day return policy

If you purchase one of our products and are not satisfied for any reason, return it for a full refund. Please note that if the product is not defective we will not reimburse the original or return shipping. Please include a copy of your original invoice with the product with a note stating the reason for return.

Warranty for defects and workmanship

All products have a 90 day warranty against defects and workmanship. We check every item for quality, consistency, and completeness prior to shipping, but in the event you receive a product that is not up to par or that fails during use we will replace it at no charge or refund your full purchase price including shipping. This warranty does not cover malevolent abuse or improper installation or use of the product.
