Warranty Policy

All products have a limited lifetime warranty against defects and workmanship. We check every item for quality, consistency, and completeness prior to shipping, but in the event you receive a product that is not up to par or that fails during use we will replace it at no charge or refund your original purchase price. Return Policy

Manticore Arms has a 30 day no questions asked return policy. If you are not happy with the product in any way we will take it back and refund you, no questions asked. (Yes, you can try it out and if it does not meet your needs, you can still return it! We are confident in the quality and performance of our products.) Payment Options

Shipping Methods

All products are shipped USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. We have found this is the quickest and most effective way to get our product to our customers. You will receive an email with your tracking number, if you do not receive it please check your spam folder. Products are typically shipped within one business day of order placement (i.e. order on a Tuesday, ships on Wednesday, order on a Friday, ships on Monday).

Sales Tax

MANTICORE ARMS, INC. charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate, current applicable tax law, and the location to which the order is being shipped. Manticore Arms, Inc. is located in Illinois, and all orders billed to an Illinois residence will be charged Illinois State Sales tax.

Foreign Sales

Due to current United States ITAR restrictions and regulations Manticore Arms is unable to ship product internationally to private individuals, nor can orders be shipped using a freight forwarding service. This includes shipments to a U.S. address for an individual known to be living outside the U.S. Any attempt to place an order to bypass these restrictions and regulations will be cancelled, and if necessary the proper authorities will be alerted. Sorry, we agree this sucks, and we didn’t write the laws, but we are required to follow them.
