Please Note: The AUG Cantilever forend ONLY fits the AUG A3 M1, it does NOT fit the AUG A3 or any other model of AUG or MSAR receivers.
Please note: The AUG Cantilever forend WILL NOT FIT the 300 Blackout barrel gas block.
The AUG Cantilever Forend combines a top rail, side rail, and M-LOK forend into a compact, light, and incredibly versatile package.
A 37 slot picatinny top rail is complimented with a 6 slot picatinny side rail for mounting lights, lasers, or other accessories. The forend portion has M-LOK slots on seven sides, allows for access and adjustment of the gas system, and can easily be removed for cleaning or for even running just the rail by removal of four screws (you can store the allen wrench for screw removal in the buttstock storage area).

Awesome rail
It took 10 minutes to install
I removed the original forward grip and installed a aftermarket grip in the full forward location

One of the fastest and easiest rails I have ever installed on a firearm, the Manticore Arms install video tells you all you need to know. Perfect fit and finish. It looks fantastic with some A3 CQB vibes.

This is a fantastic addition to the AUG. I really do like the design and concept, moving the sling to the rail is great also. Easy installation, no worries about that at all.
The reason I gave 4 stars is two parts.
First, the rail section is just a tad undersized for the silencer muzzle device I need to mount there. So every time I want to take the barrel off or the rail off, I gotta take the muzzle device off too. Just needs to be a quarter inch or so wider to fit paste the muzzle device.
Second part is that that the gas adjustment is considerably more difficult just because of where the metal is.
I have a newer AUG, but not the newest, and it is not in 300. Just a standard 5.56. So those are why it’s four stars.
Beyond those gripes, it’s a much better rail to me than the other one out there, and it looks good too.
