The AUG Enhanced Port Cover replaces the OEM sheet metal and polymer port cover with a full overlapping and sealing inner and outer aluminum plate locked down tight with two screws. The AUG Enhanced Port Cover will work on both the left and right sides of the Steyr AUG, and includes all hardware and tools needed for installation.

I’ve added a lot of upgraded parts and this is my second favorite (behind the switchback charging handle). The factory stamped part would bend and bow out and was generally cheaply made. This one is amazing. Not cheap, but few things AUG are.
