Similar to our Tavor Curved Buttpad, the Tavor 7 Curved Buttpad features an aluminum skeleton structure with an overmolded rubber pad. The rubber pad is curved to conform to the shoulder and gives both better ergonomics and a better grip so the rifle does not slide around.
The Tavor 7 Curved Buttpad is made by Manticore Arms in the USA.

The tavor 7 is rear heavy. when i got it and first shot it i couldn’t keep it in my shoulder pocket. it kept falling downward. now, this could very well be due to the stupid ass grip fin that commiefornia requires. safe control of the weapon is pretty much impossible with a grip fin. grip fins eliminate thousands of years of evolution in the form of our opposable thumb. without the thumb wrapping around the grip as intended, it makes for extremely UNSAFE handling of the weapon. well, the curved buttpad helps improve the lack of control by keeping it in the shoulder pocket a bit more, preventing it from sliding downward. even without a grip fin, the curved buttpad is a big plus. ask me how i know this. LOL!!! but it and you won’t regret it. it’s money well spent.

I purchased the Manticore buttpad for both the X95 and the Tavor 7, and I find them to be one of the best modifications I’ve made to these rifles. I only modify firearms for better control and target ID – not aesthetics. The pads are ergonomic and the material is firm yet compressible. The texture prevents slipping on clothing. Maybe best of all is that they are made in USA. These buttpads really improve weapon control and are reasonably priced. Well done Manticore Arms.
